Tad is and always on the cutting edge of real estate, whether it is color flyers on all his listings, 800# hotlines with free recorded messages, marketing all his homes on Realtor.com,or using state of the art lockboxes, he is always looking for that competitive edge to win over your business.With years in the business under his belt and having just receiving his Broker's license and already having his Auctioneer's and General Contractor's, he is always wanting to further his working knowlege of the real estate field.Tad is always looking towards making himself stand out above the crowd of realtors that are in every marketplace today. He is the past President of the Middle TN Association of Realtors, on TAR and NAR committees and has been on the board for a number of years keeping involved in what drives his business.

His family's company, Craig & Wheeler has been in existence since 1973 (almost his entire life) and real estate is really in his blood. Tad's grandfather, Auburn Wheeler and his father, David Craig formed Craig & Wheeler and they never looked back. Just a few years back they remodled their existing building adding almost 3200 square feet with private offices and not to mention, a computer server,new phone system, and a conference/closing room that is second to none. At Craig & Wheeler you still get that small town feel and a family touch.

Tad's knowledge is only overshadowed by his sheer enthusiasm and energy that he approaches each day of life with. But watching Tad you can see how much he enjoys helping people realize their dreams. For him, real estate is more than a career, it's a labor of love. His past clients will tell you he's nothing less than a true friend and they know he's given his all to meet their needs.

Tad was raised in Shelbyville,TN and went on to graduate with a degree in Agricultural Economics and Business from the University of Tennessee. He then moved to Raleigh, N.C and worked in New Homes Sales and learned in one of the fastest paced markets in the country. He left their as the leading sales agent in the Triangle area and came home to the family business. In the midst of all that he married his college sweetheart and they have 2 small children. He loves spending time with them anytime that he can.They attend the First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro where they reside.Tad is also an accomplished auctioneer that does benefit auctions for conservation groups when needed.

Tad is an extremely energetic person with many hobbies. He is an avid hunter,and loves to fly fish,enjoys archery, he loves sports especially UT football, and will even pick up the clubs and take on 18 holes of golf for a little friendly competition, or even shoot some hoops, ski on water or snow,scuba diving and he goes white water rafting anytime possible.
